Important notes on orders

RETAINER/CANCELLATION – Retainers or payments in full are required to save your date.  Once the payment is received your date is saved.  Retainers and payments are non refundable.  If no payment has been made within 24 hours of invoice sent, the order can not be guaranteed and may be cancelled.  If you cancel your order at anytime after payments are made, the balance will be used as a store credit to be used within 1 year of original event date.  

DELIVERY/MEET UPS – There is a $20 delivery fee for deliveries within the first 5 miles from Washburn Tech.  After the 5 miles there will be a $1.50 per mile one way additional fee.

Pickups will be at Home Depot. No exceptions. 

Items need to be placed on a flat, clean surface in your car(not on the seat).  Try to keep items out of direct sunlight. Make sure the AC can reach items to keep the temperature appropriate. Please do not put items where there is no circulating air (trunk, back hatch, etc). 

If you need to reschedule delivery/meet up/ pickup the request needs to be made at least 2 hours before original scheduled time.  

If there is no answer or no one at the delivery location then I will contact the purchaser once in writing for the reason for nondelivery.  If I have availability for redelivery then there will be a minimum $15 fee on top of a new delivery fee assessed. Fees will need to be paid in full before delivery is started and items released.  

If there is a no show for a meet up then I will contact the purchaser once in writing.  If there is availability for another meet up then there will be a minimum $15 fee on top of another meet up delivery fee assessed and will need to be paid in full before items are released.  If there is no response from purchaser for a non delivery or no show by the end of the day of the event then the items are surrendered and no refund or store credit issued. 

RESPONSIBILITIES – MMM Cupcakes is not responsible for any damage to items after delivery, setup, meet ups or pickups.  

Cakes can be very heavy. You are responsible for sturdy tables and stands and optimal room temperatures of 75 or below.  

If you add fresh flowers to any order, you are of the understanding that they are not food products and may contain, insects, dirt, pesticides or any other contaminants.  

MMM Cupcakes products may contain or come in contact with milk, eggs, nuts, tree nuts wheat, soy or other allergens. You agree and assume responsibility to notify your guests of the risks and we are not held responsible for allergic reactions.

REFUND POLICY – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return all items within 24 hours of receiving it.  Items will be inspected and determined if any refund will be given. All refunds, if any given, will be given as store credit to be used at a later date.  **NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.**  Failure to follow storing instructions may change the freshness of items and does not constitute a refund.
